1 T butter

1 T olive oil

2 cloves of crushed garlic

1 lb of chard, spinach, young kale, bok choi or tat soi

pinch of crushed red pepper

1 tsp of Bragg’s

1 tsp of Apple cider vinegar

Good sized nob of Haystack Farms Apple wood smoked Goat cheese

What to do:

Heat a skillet, saute pan or wok. Add Butter, olive oil and garlic. When garlic starts to sizzle add greens. Let greens start to brown and almost burn a little on the bottom of the pan before you stir or flip. Stir, and cook for just another minute or two. Add red pepper, bragg’s and vinegar. Crumble as much goat cheese as you like over the greens, give a little toss or stir and serve.
