Super Easy..Super Good!

In a saute pan, fill water to 1/4 inch. Add 1-2 lbs of trimmed asparagus. Put in a pat of butter, a little crushed garlic, sea salt and cracked pepper and cover pan. Bring to a boil and let steam for 7-10 minutes. Take lid off and turn off flame. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and a squeeze of lemon over the top and serve immediately before you end up eating them all yourself and have some explaining to do.
