Put salad greens on plate. Peel and slice pear thinly and arrange in a spiral pattern over top of greens. Cut grapes in half and lay along side pears. Crumble goat cheese and toasted walnuts over the top of pears and grapes. Grind fresh pepper over the top and dress with your favorite dressing or the one below.


In a blender put;

2 tsp of Dijon

1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

1 tsp of honey or agave

1/4 cup of fresh raspberries

Blend and add in a slow stream;

1/4 cup of good olive oil
