Soften 1/2 stick of organic butter in a small pot along with 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tsp of chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, sea salt, 1 tsp of fresh lime juice, 1 T of honey.

Shuck corn and pull off all the silky hairs. Put directly on a med hot grill and cook for a minute on each side. When corn is near done, start basting with butter and let cook for a minute more on each side. Serve with more butter. I always leave the handle on the corn, so I can pick it up and eat it easier.
