Preheat oven to 350

2 cloves of garlic, finely minced

4 oz goat cheese

1 sprig of rosemary, 2 inches long

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Spread the garlic on the bottom of a small casserole dish. Crumble goat cheese along the bottom. Curl rosemary sprig along one side of casserole dish. Drizzle olive oil over top of cheese. Dust with a little fresh ground black pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Serve w/ crackers. So Good!
